A growing practice needed more space to serve its community. This expansion and renovation of an existing dental care office extends the footprint of the existing building to grow the practice with more dental operatories and add a state-of-the-art central sterilization area. The existing two story brick box was built in the 1980’s and is situated near downtown Winchester, TN and Tims Ford Lake. This structure loses its mansard roof but receives a facelift to tie it into the new addition. The new dental operatories have almost floor to ceiling glass with views to the surrounding site of tall trees that help give patients a sense of calm and relaxation while getting care and cleaning. Once finished, the completed building will send a message to the community that Winchester Family Dentistry is prepared to serve patients for years to come.
