HMKA’s first project at Andalusia Regional Hospital featured the addition of a new Emergency Department and Main Entrance/Lobby/Admitting area, along with the renovation of the Surgery Department and associated spaces. The addition provided a new, updated image for the front of the building and improved flow through the building for both patients and staff. New outpatient services are now faster, easier, and more convenient for the residents of the Andalusia community.Due to the success of this initial project, HMKA has become a strategic partner with ARH and has been retained for several repeat engagements, including a site-based MRI addition, a rehabilitation unit addition, patient room renovations, and two new medical office buildings on the hospital campus.
